Statement on COVID-19

The World Health Organization has officially declared COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) a pandemic. Our number one priority has always been the health and safety of our employees, customers and vendors. I want to personally assure you that we are monitoring the COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) closely.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) can be transmitted by food or food packaging, but we remain vigilant in working with our team to ensure cleanliness and safety remain our top priority. Our employees have been continually reminded to frequently wash their hands, cover their sneeze or cough, avoid touching their faces as well as keep their work areas clean. Our custodial staff is performing hourly cleaning of commonly touched surfaces. Our facility is closed to non-essential visitors and those that are essential are asked to complete a screening questionnaire.

Health and safety are all of our responsibilities. We encourage you to practice safety measures at home and when you're out. Wash your hands with soap and water frequently, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your elbow if you have to sneeze or cough, and stay home if you are sick. Take measures to avoid unnecessary contact with large crowds and confined gatherings of people to help slow the spread of COVID-19.

Message to Our Partners

Several factors, including a global pandemic, have recently caused us to shift our way of operating. As of today, there is no indication the spread of COVID-19 is slowing, or that our governing officials are moving toward relaxing any of the executive order restrictions. As a result, we are continuing to shift our focus and the way we operate. I am asking each of you to please be flexible, keep faith and be kind and understanding as everything is still very fluid. The current events will stretch most of us, and move many of us out of a comfort zone. We are here to partner with our customers, employees and vendors during this challenging time. We will continue to provide solutions, sometimes far outside the box. At some point we will return to normalcy. Until then, WE CAN and WILL persevere!

I recognize this doesn't  answer all of your questions, nor do I have the answer to all of your questions. Now more than ever, we need your partnership and support to continue to make this work.
